Irrespectively of the nature of the connection all users can join the data pool service of GS1Perfect by realizing the following series of steps:

Data needs

The first step to do for all users is to become acquainted with data determined by traders already connected, market and legal background and the GS1 Hungary, in view of the expectations of GDSN, jointly with the ECR Hungary workgroup. If Your company joins the GS1Perfect or wants to send product information through any other data pool provider to the Hungarian market it must know the data needs set there. This table provides help for you in this. You can find a legend on the first worksheet of the table to appropriately comprehend the content, however you have any question or remark please get in touch with one of our colleagues in charge who will help you in everything.

3. Participating at mandatory training

1. Participation of 2 persons at the appropriate (portal or M2M connection) training
2. Further consultancy in case of M2M connection
3. Hand over of documentation

4. Testing

Uploading and distribution of 10% of the enlisted products, minimum 4, maximum 20 products on the behalf of suppliers.

1. access to the test environment (recording partner data in the test system)
2. at portal (also for partners building up M2M connection)
3. M2M connection (it is shorter in case of using recommended providers)

5. Evaluation

1. Successful accreditation (recording protocol)
2. In case of unsuccessful test period of time, test period of time on basis of individual agreement (maybe against payment obligation)

6. Closing

Providing access to the real system in case of successful accreditation
